Students may register for a FLIGHT AcroDance Convention by through email or postal mail only (with a check or credit card) Entries by phone will not be accepted.
Early Tuition Fees apply to all registrations postmarked before July 1st. If registration is not paid-in-full before July 1st, early fees will not be applied.
Students are not officially registered for the FLIGHT convention until full payment is received.
Studio checks and personal checks will not be accepted during the convention. FLIGHT accepts cash, credit card, cashier’s check, or money order (US dollars) during the event.
Once registered, refunds will not be provided to participants who wish to drop the convention. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a student is unable to attend, a credit voucher will be issued towards a future FLIGHT AcroDance event.
Refunds will be provided in the event that the convention is canceled.
Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.
Acro class levels are based on skill level, as well as age. FLIGHT reserves the right to transfer students into a more suitable class if necessary. No refund provided.
Students & Teachers registered for the convention must complete and sign the FLIGHT Waiver Form to participate.
Once registration is submitted, it is agreed that all students, teachers, parents and other attendees will not hold FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions responsible for injury or loss of property during the event.
Independent entries are always welcome! Students who are not registered with a studio may still register for the FLIGHT Convention.
GENERAL
FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions reserves the right to use photographs and videos of all instructors, choreographers, participants, parents and guest teachers for advertising, publicity and professional use.
No one will be permitted into the convention without a wristband.
Wristbands must be worn at all times during the convention. Do not remove wristband. If replacement wristband is needed, your old wristband must be presented.
Valuables should be left at home. FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Be on time for classes. If you are late to class, we kindly request you quietly join the back of the classroom.
Cell phones or technological devices should be turned off while classes are in session. Photography & Videotaping is NOT permitted.
Schedule is subject to change without advanced notice. Faculty members, Guest Teachers and class genres are subject to change without advanced notice.
DRESS CODE
Wristbands must be worn while attending class.
Students must wear proper dance & acro attire and dance shoes or bare feet to class.
Hair must be neatly pulled up and off of neck and face. No pony tails.
Jewelry or earrings should not be worn to class.
SAFTY PRECAUTIONS
Please make sure all personal items are against the perimeter of the ballroom, under the chairs, at all times to avoid risk of injury.
The host hotel and FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions, LLC. are not responsible for lost personal items or injuries.
If a participant of FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions is in need of first aid, please see a FLIGHT Staff member at the registration desk.
Students under the age of 16 who are registered with FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions must be accompanied by an adult of a legal age.
All participants registered for the convention must review and sign a FLIGHT AcroDance Conventions LLC. waiver in order to participate.
